A&E Realty Brevard is owned and operated by Ed LaPetina, Realtor/Broker. Ed has been living and raising his family in Brevard (the community of Viera) since July ‘1998. He is happily married, father of 3 children and grandfather to 4. Ed has been a professional Realtor in Brevard for over 17 years and is a member in good standing with the National Association of Realtors, having first received his license credentials back in December ‘2001. At that time, Ed joined the independent real estate industry by working for a family owned business Century 21 Camelot Realty, as an award winning, Top Selling Agent and Broker/Associate.
Camelot was sold in December ‘2013 to Coldwell Banker and they retained Ed’s services as one of their ‘Top Selling Agents’. Shortly after, Ed left Coldwell Banker to follow his dream and open A&E Realty Brevard. His main goal is to continue offering his expert services at a competitive commission rate without the hidden fees or costs some larger agencies include. Ed makes sure that each customer is handled as a ‘top priority’ while ensuring the endgame results in the purchase of their dream home or commercial property with a valuable experience.

My name is Joanna Voigt, and I have been a resident of beautiful Brevard County, Florida since the summer of 1998. My involvement in our Family Real Estate Business began in early 2015. I treat every listing, whether it be a vacant lot, manufactured home or residential property, as a valuable learning experience. I am continuing my education in this ever-changing Real Estate environment while providing our clients with honest, professional and exceptional customer service.
Prior to Real Estate, I worked in the Insurance Industry for 15 years. As a licensed 220 Property and Casualty General Lines Agent I was responsible for both Personal and Commercial lines. The knowledge I’ve gained over the past 17 years enables me to assist our clients with current home needs and help provide guidance with any insurance questions they may have.
I am often reminded of our areas diversity, from its amazing natural habitats and wildlife to its progressive technology and space advancements. I have been happily married for 14 years and the proud mother of 2 beautiful children. We often enjoy going to the beach and watching rocket launches together.
